Hello all, I'm new member starting today. I'm looking to start a new lifestyle of health fitness an happiness. I starts with my poor eating habits. Looking to meet people who struggle with eating the right things, but has had enough an is ready to make 2016 the year your best body comes to light. Anyone who would like to join me in a motivation pac would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. welcome to MFP
There are no right or wrong things to eat. As long as you are under your calorie goal you can eat any foods you like and you will still lose weight.
For health it is better if a large portion of your calories come from nutrient dense foods and lean protein sources but then you can fill in the rest of your calories with a slice of cake or some ice cream or crisps/chips.

Hi! I also struggle with eating right! Not enough will power to stay away from pasta, potatoes, cheese and rice! Hopefully we both meet our goals with this app. Add me, I don't know how to add people yet lol0
