Hi, am hoping to lose a couple of stone now Christmas is over, although have enough chocolate till Easter! Any support would be great or if I can give any here (as a newbie) great too. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards Rose.

    Hi Mark, just healthy eating basically, not much exercise at the moment, had heart attack and op. Docs advised walking, better find those trainers in the back of the cupboard somewhere!

    Not bad thanks. Finding it a bit stressful exercising , recovering from heart attack, perhaps being a bit too cautious. Dr advised only waIking so doing that so far. Was thinking about using toning tables. Will let you know how I get on. :)
