Hi I'm new here. I started last year off at 254 lbs, and I'm 230 lbs right now. I lost my scale due to flooding g so I haven't checked since Dec 15. I got down to 207 but gained some back over the holidays. I intend to lose 75 lbs from here. Good to meet everyone.
