Crazy squats idea help

So I've been out of the strength game for awhile, but recently I've come to find out I can lift my partner. So I lifted my partner (like a barbell), and began doing squats. I have looked for advice online, but everywhere I look states when using weights that there is a station to stand at and a barbell rest etc. I basically want to know if lifting weight from the front would be detrimental or beneficial. Thank you

    Front squats are an actual type of exercise. They shouldn't be the only type of squat you do.

    Not sure how you're holding your partner but there's also the Zercher squat.

    Lift with the weight at the front of the body will put more emphasis on your quads.

    Front squats and zerchers both do this.

    She has fully consented and if theres ever moment of not wanting to anymore I will stop. I usually say partner as in life partner but I completely forgot about an excercise partner. She loves it because to her it's cute.

    ah now there's a point - how are you going to progress? Are you adding weight every week? Probably okay for the first couple of sessions, but it may be thought less cute over time ;)

    It's only cute until she breaks something. Then, she's going to be very mad...with you.
