Hard choices

Hello,
My name is Robin and I am new to this program. I have, within the past 18 months undergone two spinal reconstructions. I am at 217#. Due to limited mobility I am finding exercise to be the biggest problem. Not loosing the weight and not making what I thought were good food choices. Any help is appreciated.. Thank you!
