Hi! I'm 25 and I started my weight loss journey October 25, 2015 at 317.4 pounds. 85 days later, today, I weigh 275.5. I have lost 42 pounds in 85 days with a total diet change, and increased exercise. I started my diet on Nutri System and I still use some of their meals to help me through the day, but mostly been just making my own healthy meals. Before my weight loss journey I never worked out, but I have worked out just about everyday since I started. I either go to the gym, walk a few miles or do an at home workout tape. I've never stuck to a diet for this long and I have to say I am extremely proud of myself and still very motivated to continue. I welcome all followers and advice! I'm looking forward to seeing how far you've all come, and to show my own progress. Thanks :)
