weigh fruit with skin on or off

so, the fruits listed in the database, are the calories listed with the skin/peels on or off. Not sure if I should measure my fruit with skin on or off. Thanks.

Weigh the parts you're going to eat. If you eat the peel, weigh it peel on. If you don't eat the peel, weigh it after peeling.

I think it depends if the skin is edible

    Weigh whatever you eat.

I certainly wouldn't be weighing melon skin - that weighs enough per 100g despite the low calories. Apple peel? I'd weigh it whether I eat it or not. I'd be more concerned with cutting out the core. The flesh and seeds weigh more (Y)

Some fruits are registered with peels, such as the apple. I search for an apple with peels if I have an apple with its peel. Otherwise, I only measure what I eat, i.e., mango, avocado, melon, orange, etc.
