Any moms to be on this. I'm gonna be a second time mom and this time around I'm logging my food. Trying to keep it a fit pregnancy. Any one have tips on healthy snacks and lunch?

I had my third child in May. My first two pregnancies I ate what I wanted when I wanted and it was so hard to drop the baby weight. This time I decided to do it right. I made green smoothies for energy instead of coffee, protein shakes to snack on, I would add banana or blueberries. I would also try to stay away from fast food and anything fried, Lunches and dinners I would also have lean meat, veggies, and whole grains. Trying to keep balanced meals that I knew where healthy. And water, water, water! I always had 32 oz water bottle with me and didn't drink really any soda and had juice every once in a while. But even with my healthy choices I actually gained the same amount of weight as I did with the last 2. The big difference was after I had her I already had good eating habits and was able to lose the baby weight much easier. Just remember the scale doesn't always have to be the only measure, as long as you make healthy choices most of the time and don't forget to enjoy your pregnancy. Congratulations!!!!
