    Welcome! I am trying Clean Eating. Yesterday Marked the completion of my first week. I was down 2.2 pounds. I am happy with that so I am going to continue doing it for another few weeks to see what happens. It's pretty easy, the hardest thing is preparing your meals and snacks ahead of time. Let me know if you would like more info.
