    I try to just eat REAL food… foods that came from the ground or had a mother… no ingredient list (or an ingredient list made up of real food)

    I love all the above foods. I have Gout. I have to completely take Crab out of my diet, but the other two I can have occasionally.

    I don't avoid any foods, I don't think. I'm not on friendly terms with a couple of items but I'd still eat them in delicious combination with something else -- or if I were just... hungry. I'm no food snob, me.

    I'm not sure you'll find the kind of consensus you seem to be looking for with this thread, OP. There are tons of different preferences, dietary needs, medical conditions, and ways of eating represented here. The important thing isn't what we avoid, but what you need or want to avoid/include.

    Anything with tomato sauce, distilled vinegar, citric acid. Gives me instaBurps.

    Also, raw onions. I always beg the order taker not to put onions in my food. Grilled or caramelized is fine, but raw onions are an abomination of all that is holy.
