Motivation

I am new to the "Community". Been doing FitnessPal for quite some time and have been very successful but recently I have hit a streak of "lack of motivation". Any tips on how to get over this slump, I have 20 or so more pounds to lose before I will be happy. I will not have met my goal yet but I will be very close. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Just have to find that thing that makes you want to keep pushing. Only 20 away from happy? Why stop now! Just realize the closer you get, the slower it goes. Good luck!0

One thing that works for me is switching up the routine! Sometimes doing something news can revitalize you.0
