    Soda - I love it, but it's a trigger food for me. I don't feel good when I drink it.

    Other than that, I don't avoid anything. I eat what I want, and I fit it into my calorie goals.

    I consider all foodstuffs safe in moderation and delicious, except the following:
    Bananas-I'm sadly allergic to them
    Cucumbers-give me epic heartburn unless pickled
    Green bell peppers-see above; must be cooked before consumption to avoid the nasty afterburn.

    Tehehe. Just stalking responses. I feel like I'm peeking into people's little secret. :D
    I don't avoid any foods unless it's moldy. I even tried cricket pizza (cricket powder added to dough) with a crunch grasshopper topping. Just that once for experience sake.
    Oh. And I generally don't eat packaged foods or "unhealthy" foods from restaurants because they are not as tasty as real foods anymore. But I do eat them time to time. :smile:
