This is my 5th day on the site recording progress. This is my first post and am excited about the site that has other like minded individuals. Started Sunday at 228.7 and am down to 218.5 today (plenty of water weight). Goal is to be under 185 by September. I run 5 miles first thing in the morning then I hit one body part per day in the gym. Wish me luck!

    Totally agree. But keep it up and I'm sure you'll meet, and probably surpass your goals. :smile:

    Holy crap - 5 miles a day! That is awesome but I too would die. Let alone being able to work out still - way to go :) Keep it up, sounds like you are on the right track.
