I'm looking for somebody who will help motivate me and not coddle me! Also somebody to bounce meal plan ideas off of.

    60 lbs in what's about 16 weeks is an awfully aggressive goal. That's be a 3.75 lbs/week to lose. A healthy loss would be no more than 2 lbs/week. I'd reevaluate your goal if I were you and also ditch the time line.

    Sorry but you're not likely to lose 60 pounds in that amount of time. Ditch the timeline. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

    Fast weight loss has caused me to lose muscle in the past. And contributed to skin sagging. And then I gained it back.
