During that time of the Month

Ok Ladies so I have a question. I notice that when i'm about to start my cycle I am hungry like all the time. It's not even like slightly hungry, but I feel like i could eat a horse! I feel really bad about craving all the bad stuff, so I was wondering what kinds of foods do you eat to satisfy that really hungry craving. Is there any fast food choices that isn't that bad for you?

    I just give in to the cravings and try my best to fit them into my calorie goal. Dark Chocolate goes a long way with me during those days. Cake too. And everything carbs, really.

    lots of veggies.
    warm things like soup and coffee
    fast food-i like the salads at mcdonalds and culvers

    I honestly eat a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce the first or second day to up my iron and it's been helping me to keep from feeling like I'm crazy ravenous. I keep some pieces of dark chocolate in the house for when I want something sweet- and occasionally some reduced fat oreos.
