    belly dancing is a blast! When I don't have time for a gym workout I just belly dance (I have some DVDs). I took a class for awhile but I moved and can't find a class here. But I love to swim also

    I love belly dance for exercise! I can't do the arms (chronic neck/upper back issue) so I definitely will never perform, but I love the moves, especially bellyrolls and various isolations :)

    My favorite exercise is gymnastics, but that's out now, so yoga is probably the next runner up for what it feels like. For the most fun, though, dance or skating are my second runners up to gymnastics I think.

    I took a seminar with Rachel Brice a few years ago, btw! That was great, great fun.

    I'm a professional dancer. I don't consider what I do my "exercise" but I do dance upwards of 10-15 hrs a week and I realize it is work- but it's not really exercise for me.

    But yes- I do love it :D
