Newbee

Hello Started with this app 2 weeks ago. I'm 58 and need to lose 50 lbs. I have not found it difficult to maintain my diary and stick to my caloric limit. I admit I hate weightlifting. I live in the sticks so I walk through the woods and dirt roads for a couple miles daily. At least I'm moving. I downloaded the Betty Crocker cookbook and since I like to cook my diet hasn't become boring. I find it amazing the number of calories in the food I have been eating. A real eye opener. So any other two week newbees out there? How is it going?

I am not a two week newbie but starting over its been awhile and my weight shows it. I am 59 and also looking to lose 50 lbs. I also live in rural area. Walking is also my form of exercise.0

The weightlifting would probably speed up the weight loss but I 'll take it slow. Hopefully keep it off.0

I've been using this app for a month now and had my doc weigh in today and I am down 8 pounds. I can't walk or do many exercises using my feet due to neuropathy, but I try to ride a stationary bike as much as I can. Good luck.0

I would be happy with 8 lbs. What is your caloric daily limit?0
