Well, I weighed myself this morning and finally lost 3 more pounds!:happy:
I haven't been on the site much except to log food and exercise.
So...I've missed talking to some of my buddies on here!

Hope everyone is doing well! I can't keep up with my purple teams many challenges but I am getting exercise everyday.
Just wanted to share my good fortune.

I am great! Good to see you lost 3 more pounds! Yay!! I am down a total of 8 pounds too!! woo hoo!! I just did my Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred and all I can say is Wow!! What a workout! I am sore but that is great to me!! You are doing great so keep it up!!0
