Lean meat, fish, eggs. No starch.


It's not necessary for weight loss though.....a balanced diet and caloric deficit is all you really need.

Lean meat, fish, boiled eggs and or egg whites,
Sweet potatoe, quinoa , veggies,nuts, avocado
