I am very thankful to have found this site. I have been keeping track in my daytimer but the support here looks to be uplifting. I became disabled in 2002. I had back sirjury five years ago. I was so happy to be walking again and lost down to 192 but I injured my knee and after sirjury I have gained some back. I have been told by my primary care doctor, cardiologist and orthopedic specialist and this list of doctors go on as I am sure many here have that I must loose the weight. So...here I go again. I had a past of over 30 years of every unhealthy way imaginable to stay thin. That is not an option. Now is the time to get tough once again. I am able to walk my dog for 15 minutes a day. I am looking into getting a bike so my beagle can run again. I look forward to supporting others. I know this is a lifestyle change and not an easy fix. You will all be in my prayers daily.
