Support encouragement and I'm new to this. Lost weight before a lot! Gained two stone back and on that slipy slope an cant get a grip. So I'm trying again. I find if I get past 3 weeks I then stick to it! I want bracoplasty on arms from 1st weight loss. Yes needed. No discussion on that. It's lax skin. I this time need to loose keep off. So can have opp. My incentive. So ONLY support encouragement thanks

You've apparently been successful before since you have the extra skin. That is wonderful!! What did you do then to stick with it? What are you doing in this three weeks, and what are your expectations? I have been the same way after trying to re-lose the 30 lbs I lost a few years ago. I get back into exercise and dieting, and I give up the second my weight goes up at all. Even when I know, deep down, that I didn't do everything I could. So this time, my mindset is different. I'm not looking at the scale to determine if I'm successful. Sticking to my plan defines my success. Work out six days a week. YES! Log my food every day except an occasional cheat day. YES! THAT is what keeps me going. What goal besides weight loss could be your motivator?

Hi, well done you firstly. It's hard enough to diet when been a foodie lover all your life. But I find it so disheartening to gain. What made me stick to it was the Promise of a Tummy Tuck. Which the hospital did do. But not the rest. My arms are the Vein of my life!!.. And I kinda gave up knowing they wouldn't fix the problem. Was/is heartbreaking. It causes such a problem for me. It don't look nice not even okay. It just is YUK!.. But gaining weight wasn't the answer either. So I've saved half the money myself. One arm lol.. So I have A incentive. I just need to keep telling myself I will get rest together somehow an whilst I figure it out loose the weight So I'm ready! And in tip top shape. See 7years ago I had chemo for a cancer I didn't have. Hospital made a mistake. I know everyone will say Why On Earth didn't you Sue them. And could have. But didn't its a long story! Is why I got 1st tummy tuck tbh on their behalf. Now you'd think yes they would sort out my arms given that some of the initial weight loss was caused by them! But nope. Guess is why I gained depressing knowing I couldn't sort it financially myself. But here I am again. Try again. Good luck with your weight loss
