Adjusting Calories for New Exercise Routine

I've lost 16 pounds (151 to 135) in the past 5 months (I am 5'7''). I was eating 1400-1500 calories per day during this time and was sedentary. I am pretty happy with my weight but I would like to lose about 5 more pounds. I have started running 45 minutes 4 times a week since December. RunKeeper says I burn about 400 calories per run (I realize this is probably an overestimation.) I would like to have the same calorie goal every day rather than eating more only on the days I run. Would lightly active be the right setting? Obviously I won't be double-dipping by logging exercise calories. Thanks for your help in advance!

I would go ahead and make it lightly active. The worst that can happen is that your weight loss is too slow for a couple of weeks until you adjust it (not that I think it will happen; it's just a possibility.)

Thanks. That's my thinking too. The only way to know if it will work is to give it a try.
