When trying to lose weight does lifting weights during exercise affects whether you lose weight or gain weight! Or it might be muscle mass

    Weight loss starts in the kitchen. You can lose weight without exercise.

    Exercise for fitness/strength/appearance.

    It's 100% about the calories you consume and expend.

    Exercise is for fitness, cardiovascular health and also allows you to eat more.

    I logged all my exercise and food but not seeing changes on the scale.I have just weigh myself for only 2 weeks,I just started.

    Give it more time. 2 weeks is not enough time to gauge success.

    I'm assuming you're new to exercise too, which could easily mean your muscles are retaining water for repair. This is temporary, but can mask weight loss.
