Consistancy

Starting on my journey. For the first time excepting and learning to love myself all the while excepting it's not a diet. But Life!!! Paying attention to what I eat, when I'm hungry stopping when I'm satisfied and really trying not to eat of stress.
My overall goal feels far away. While I'm setting small obtaineable goals.
I'm also a momma of 2 active boys.
So here it goes. One day at a time. !!!!!
