So, I overheard my hot yoga instructor talking to another student and helping him get into a pose. She said, "See how she's doing it? Do it like that." I could see her in the mirror, and the "she" my instructor was pointing at was *me*!! First time that's ever happened! (And it wasn't even during savasana! LOL!)

    Wow- what a compliment! I also do hot (Bikram) yoga and am constantly amazed by the seasoned girls at the front of the room. That's you!! You go girl....

    Wow that's great! I'm in a beginning yoga class taught at my college and we are all learning all the positions. I just learned tree pose last night and it was really fun. I felt confident as I pulled it off pretty well without losing my balance and I'm hoping I helped others with the pose as much as they help me.
