how meals should eat per day currently I'm eating 3 per day but not get all calories

    Personal preference. Some people prefer 5 or 6 smaller meals spread throughout the day and others want to gnaw their own arm off eating like that. Some people eat only one or two meals a day and are perfectly healthy. Unless you have medical needs that dictate when you eat, eat as you feel best.

    If you need more calories you can increase the size of your meals or include more calorie dense foods.

    It's all up to you. I eat between 5-6 meals (breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and optional evening snack). It helps break up my day, and keeps me from being 'omg I'm starving' at meals.

    What ever keeps you in a deficit.

    For years I tried the 5 or 6 small meals thing because all the magazine's said it sped up your metabolism (ugh) and I ignorantly believed them. Once I found out that it didn't matter it was so much easier to lose weight.

    You do NOT have to get all your calories every day. You can be under.
