HR monitor vs MFP

I use a polar heart rate monitor when I'm working out only. I did kickboxing for about an hour and 20 minutes today and my HR monitor said I burned around 700 calories. However, when I enter 80 minutes of kickboxing into MFP it says something like 1100. I'm guessing the HR monitor is correct?

I always use the HR monitor calorie burned #'s. MFP inflates my numbers, too.0

It's hard for MFP to be right all the time since individual kickboxing routines and individual intensity is going to vary. 700 actually sounds pretty accurate to me. I would go with your heart rate monitor.0
