I'm having such a hard time calculating how many calories are in my meals.. I use the scanner whenever I have a barcode and I try to guess portion size on meat... Am I going to need to bust out a ruler? or does anybody have any easy tips on how to keep track of what I'm eating... I feel like I'm not eating as much as I'm calculating...

A food scale is the only way to accurately measure. Anything else is just a guess.0
