Staying motivated

I work a 12 hour swing shift. Can't stay motivated. Anybody got any tricks or suggestions? ? Help

    Hi there ! Is exercise something you need help motivating yourself to do ? When I started out I started out small like a twenty minute workout . Add me and I'll keep us both motivated :)
