Hi everyone, I recently started using this program and have to say I've lost 5 lbs since last week already. I have a ways to go before I reach my goal but have been impressed with how this all works. I actually figured on losing 1 pound a week but have been pleased with how easy this makes it to track every little thing I put in my mouth. i don't excersize but I am very actively moving at my job, I'm constantly walking back and forth and work in a retail store so I walk in there alot too. I'm just not sure how to add this into by excersize menu? Should I just buy a fitbit and let it track how many steps I do in a day?

Hi, download the app Pacer to track your steps, it's free and you can link it to my fitness pal!

Will do...I've been doing it for only a week and have already lost 6 lbs. A ways to go yet but it's a start :) Welcome to the group.

Hello and welcome! Congratulations on the weight loss but don't get cocky about it either. You must watch what you are eating and continue to exercise. I use the BodyGym by Marie Osmond and it has changed my body completely and on the plus side I can do it in the house throughout the day. I've seen immediate results, have lost tons of inches and reshaped my body, it's an amazing exercise tool. Good Luck!

I didn't realize I was being "cocky" Suzanne! That certainly wasn't my intention. But thanks for the advice.

Hi, to add friends you have to send that person a message, I believe.

To add friends I believe you have to send that person a friend request.
