I've had this app for a little over a year and haven't used it in about that long. I've heard so many amazing things about it and am feeling a lot more determined. I'm scared I'm gonna do that thing where I'm motivated for like a week and then just slowly stop.
I've never added any friends on here or had any kind of support or tips besides what I've scrolled through.
It would be awesome to talk with people who have either already lost the weight or anyone on the same boat as me.
I don't know whether to start big, but I don't want to start to small. I have a weight loss goal on my profile, but id love to just learn to live a healthier lifestyle for the better of myself. Most importantly I'm excited to be a part of such a positive, supportive community.

Been there. It's frustrating when you work so hard and can't figure why you aren't losing weight and you feel like giving up. Once you figure it out then it's simpler than you thought. I've lost 62 pounds so far and still going.0
