To QUARK?? I have seen a lot of low fat recipes calling for the use of Quark but sadly I am allergic to cheese (but can have milk and yoghurt!?)
Does anyone know of an alternative I can use in recipes when it calls for Quark to be used to cream up sauces etc?

Greek yoghurt. Quark tastes like chalk anyway.0

What is it in cheese that you're allergic to?
Being allergic to cheese sounds like an absolute nightmare. It's probably up there in my top 5 most feared things.0 -
I second the Greek yogurt. I used it as a topping on a bake recently, i was really sceptical but it was great.0
