Last time I used this app, i gave up after 2 weeks. It's now 25 days and I'm steadily lowering my BMI. Delighted with myself and need to keep it up. A lot of the people in the myfitness communities are a real inspiration.
Staying off the Guinness is hard especially on a Friday evening after work but I actually look forward to entering the gym.
