Getting there

Last time I used this app, i gave up after 2 weeks. It's now 25 days and I'm steadily lowering my BMI. Delighted with myself and need to keep it up. A lot of the people in the myfitness communities are a real inspiration.

Staying off the Guinness is hard especially on a Friday evening after work but I actually look forward to entering the gym.

Anyway, Feel free to add. Warning I sometimes curse in my status's.

    2 weeks is good usually a couple of days for me I need motivation ur a kick up my backside lol

    Sometimes', you have to reward yourself for your effort. It's proven that, when you give yourself sometimes a reward, you'll keep the movtivation.
