Making this work!

Hi I'm a 43 year old that survived a near fatal MVA, I gained 60 pounds while recovering from 6 surgeries over the last few years. I'm anxious about starting this process but excited. I'm here for support and any suggestions. My knees are shot, so I'm having a hard time getting workouts in. But I am looking forward to being here and seeing what I can do!
