Night shift problems

Hello my name is Erica and work 12 hrs nights my hardest part about this journey is eating healthy and trying to figure out how to log my food intake and exercise correctly? Does anyone have any advice?

    The only thing I could offer would be pre logging. I log my lunch as I make it in the mornings so that I don't have to worry about it at lunch time. Plus I feel like once I have logged things I shouldn't mess with it so I tend not to splurge when I've got my meal already locked in.

    Thanks its just most nights my breakfast is at 4pm lunch 12 and dinner 4am and I usually go to the gym at 7am do my days run together should I just prelog everything and not worry about the times??
