I read the success stories forum. Those folks inspire me...I'm looking forward to being a success story!

I usually keep a pair of tight jeans that I want to fit into. I also have a picture of Kim Kardashian on my Fridge and My Husband and My Son are my no. 1 motivators. I am here for ya!
  • i have a few things i do.... i put a little note on my fridge that says "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" and i look at that everytime i walk past or want to eat....i also repeat that in my head when i "feel hungry"

another thing is, i stay busy. i have a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old...and i just try to consume myself in them, or work, or house work... i dont think my house has ever stayed as clean as it does since i started my diet.

i had to get rid of all of the foods i know i shouldnt have. yeah its alot of money wasted, but so are the 10 pair of six 6 jeans in my closet...until i can wear them! This also helps to promote healthy eating among my family too. if i get rid of the junk and replace it with healthy things then they are forced to eat healthier too.

    i hope this helps some!

I've been lacking motivation for absolutely ages too but decided to do something about it today and from now on. I tend to exercise when I'm stressed out, angry or frustrated as I need to do something to relieve the tension. Lately something has been bothering me and I needed to go for a jog and I did! You will feel better for it. Just keep telling yourself that you'll only do 20 mins (which isn't much considering how many hours in a day there is) and you'll end up doing more when you start. You won't regret it!
