Hey! For those of you who eat back all or a portion of your exercise or fitbit burn calories, how do you do this? Just stick to a straight calorie alotment or if you count macros do you add to a specific macro?

I stick to a straight calorie allotment. I try and keep my macros as normal.

Since my protein and fats are constant, I eat back everything in carbs if I can. if you go over on protein or fat though, it's not a bid deal.

I try to leave a few hundred calories in the green (when I can), just to compensate for errors in logging or over estimation of fitbit calories. Maintenance may be different, I will probably eat them all back and see what happens  But right now I'm in a hurry to get rid of these last few kgs that I'm erring on the side of caution.

I usually only eat back half my Exercise Calories ( I usually cut the Exercise Calories in Half when I log them ) The exercise calories vary greatly between different apps so I would rather error on the Low Side than accidentally over eating. A mixture of Protein's/Crabs keeping my macros close to pre-exercise balance.
Try to keep the Sodium low and small increase in Fat.

Alternately, you could look into the TDEE method as opposed to MFP's NEAT method. In TDEE, which can take some time to figure out accurately, exercise is already accounted for and your calorie goals don't fluctuate.

Both methods work, some just find TDEE easier.

I eat mostly clean foods. I do snack in moderation on back calories. I just don't go over what I'm given for the day. = Lose weight / enjoy food / achieve goals without binge eating.
