well, I did only need to loose 40 but I am creeping back up, gained 12 lbs since June of 2015, so depressing, I can't seem to control my eating now, it sucks, I did so good for so long, lost a total of 130lbs, I'm not going back0

Same! I'm actually fairly similar to you - 5'4, about 185. I definitely want to get below 150 (haven't been there since....elementary school?), but ideally id be in the 130s.0

Just here for encouragement. I started out with a goal of around 45 pounds to lose. My starting weight was 185 at 5 foot 6 inches tall. I've now lost nearly 25 pounds, and I'm 160.3. I have around 25 left to go. Just keep logging!!!0
