Time of a challenge...and hello!

Hello everyone.
Currently i am the wrong side of 40.
The wrong side of 16st stone.
And newly retired from rugby.
Not a good combo...sooooo...
Some friends and i have decided on doing the 3 peaks challenge.
My goals are simple:
Lose 28lbs
Exercise for a min10hrs per week at 70% plus heart rate.
Build stamina.
Looking round, it appears i am in good company.
Lets get it on everyone :-)
