A reintroduction!!

Hello everybody!
My name is Katie and I live in London, UK! I'm a 34 year old mother of two daughters and I'm a self employed carer/pet sitter/cleaner!
I'm re-starting my Myfitnesspal journey for a number of reasons. I went through a real tough time last year, and lost lots of weight as a result. Since then I have found happiness (woohoo!) and unfortunately regained some of that lost weight (boohoo!).
I'm aware that I need a lot of motivation so am hoping to find some here.
Oh... And my lovely boyfriend wants us to go on an amazing holiday this summer and I quite like the idea of being able to sunbathe without being thrown back into the ocean like poor Shamu!!!
