Does sleeping count? Or lifting a glass of wine? UGH ... ok actually I do like to run as long as I have my good tunes .. i'm off and running0

I try and stick to the basics and compound movements. Iso movements are good to accent or bulk one particular area
Squat, deadlift, push-up, pull-up

Swim. I complain about going to the pool, but once I'm in the water, it's really hard to get back out again!0

Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Judo!0

Bench. Love my bench.

Deadlift in the gym, horse riding out of the gym0

Gymnastics! But what I like is too rough for me nowadays, definitely. So yoga is my next favorite. And for some reason I like sprints very much (with my dog, anyway)... that doesn't sound like me, because I hate jogging/running0

Pole, then spin. But I much prefer to pole over anything else.0

I love walking. But I've just done my first ballet beautiful workout and I think I might be falling in love...this coming from someone who actually hates resistance training.0

Running.....followed very closely by cycling (I'm extremely lucky to have mixed use recreational paths a few hundred metres from my front door). In the winter I also snowshoe & x-country ski.0

I love lifting! I also still enjoy short runs when I'm in cardio shape.0

Calisthenics and squats with weights. You'd be surprised what you can do at home with your own body weight!0

Really like front squats, but am enjoying high frequency overhead squatting at the moment, too.0 -
