Turning 58 in March!

and I want to go back about 5 years and 12 pounds...I know I can do this...but can a women of 58 rock a bod still???

    hahahaha... I hope so. I'm 56 and hoping to do the same for me. So far I've lost about 30 pounds with another 25 or so to go. Friend me if you want mutual support. Good luck.

    A woman of 58 can rock anything she wants, and can define both "rocking" and "bod" any way she chooses. Go for it, using whatever definition you select!

    Oh, Heck Yeah.......! I turn 50 this April - been on MFP for almost 3 years - I'm in better shape now than when I was in my 20's!! You can do this!! Feel free to 'friend' me!!

    Rock away! I'm right behind you at 57 in Feb with the same goals-ish. 14 to loose again...and again...and again...Hope to rock whatever I can until done! What's the number one thing you are adding as a positive behavior to stick to for your success? Sometimes I think I should have it down by now...but still a work in progress.
