Hello! I am actually a high school student trying to eat better for athletics, and i barely have time in the morning to eat to make a well balanced breakfast. I dont want to just grab a donut or breakfast bar, so does anyone have a good non fat and low sugar breakfasts? Thank you!☺

Why non fat? That rules out balanced.

Well, fat helps keep me fuller through the day, so most of my regular breakfasts are out. You might try fat free Greek yogurt (the extra protein tends to help with fullness vs. regular yogurt), but there are a lot of natural sugars in milk and milk products, so that might not fit your goals.

This is kind of a head scratcher. You're cutting out two of the three macronutrients. Pre-cook some chicken breast, maybe?

Overnight oats. Google it. There are so many recipes, and you can add whatever ingredients your heart desires. Steel cut oats often have a fair amount of protein, but you can also add nuts, which offer good fats as well as protein. Nonfat is not really the way to go, as fat alone is not the enemy.
