Foods high in fat/low (or no) carbs? Ideas?

Options
Not on a low carb diet. I just meet my daily carb intake and can never meet my fats. Would like some ideas!

    most fats are going to be minimal if any carbs...

    fatty cuts of meat, nuts, avocado, butter and other cooking oils, etc.

    I have this problem too some days when meals are soups/salads or grilled. Usually I make eggs with some cheese and/or bacon or some other yummy meat for an evening snack. I can always use the extra protein to hit my goal and they're filling and warm during these winter months. If I have enough room I also love making popcorn drizzled with butter and garlic powder (though this usually puts me way over on carbs and fiber).

    How about extra butter or cheese on your foods? Full fat salad dressing will increase fats. Whipping cream in coffe instead of milk is tasty.

    You could always make fat bombs - basically fat candy. I have chocolate peanut butter ones in my freezer now. There are 1 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, about 24 drops of liquid stevia and some vanilla. I distribute this into 24 ice cube squares with each square having about 1.5-2 Tbs in it, and freeze it. So tasty and almost all fat.
