I am embarrassed to be writing this, but knowing that I will never be writing these words again is giving me comfort. I am 21 years old and from the UK, I have denied my weight issues for the past 11 years (as far as I can remember!) but now it is time to make a change. I never saw myself as being 'that big' but I have to face up to reality. I am that big!

I carry around a stone for every year I am old, and I can't take many more years of this!

I am due to get married on Saturday 29th July 2017, and my goal is to have lost 154lbs by then (11stone).

I am looking for strangers to become friends, so we can help each other through the bad, the good, and the ugly.

Because it isn't going to be easy!
