I am in the same boat. Looking to lose 15-20lbs. In this past week I lost 1 pound is seems by paying attention to what I was eating and starting an exercise program.0

I'm here to lose about 33lbs after having a baby last April. I've lost 3st 1lb already (I gained a massive amount in pregnancy) so fingers crossed I can lose the rest on the next 6 months. Lovely body back for the summer x0
