                    Hello everyone this is my introduction.  I'm just trying to stay ahead of time, pushing myself to discover new boundaries.  Working out completes me, I'm not a bodybuilder or fitness guru, I just now my physiology and this year I'm putting myself through the ultimate of trials and tribulations.  I look forward to seeing what inspires you.
