Straight outa Queens NY. Looking to lose weight and build a solid physique. Currently 209lbs and 29% and on a 1500cal daily intake.

I precook my meals for the week or add me to exchange some delicious recipes.

    Do you have a specific weight or bf % you're shooting for? I'm at about 207 and 13% shooting for 195 and <10%. I've been kicking around the idea of prepping my meals in advance too since diet is what I struggle with the most.

    Not exactly, just going to bust my *kitten* till summertime and see what I accomplish. I have the support of some notable pro body builders /trainers that are guiding me. I know a lot about the subject, just happened to let lose when I settled down and started a family.
