hello there! my name is laura and i'm an SF native new to MFP. I'm looking to get fit, tone up, and lose about 15 pounds in antticipation of my wedding next year. i'm also looking to make better longer lasting changes in my life, excercise, and eating habits.

i'd love to have some support - and support others - so friends are welcome!:flowerforyou:
