Hi I am a newbie to this,
I execrcise pretty well at least 4 times a week weights and cardio, but I eat garbage and I know deep down thats why I'm not losing any weight.
I need to lose a good 20kg to get down to a healthy BMI and also to ensure that I have a healthy pregnancy (end goal).
I start things really well and then lose interest/fall off the wagon so to speak, so hoping that recording my food intake (and being honest about it) may be the kick in the pants I need weight loss wise.
